Payment and Cancellation Policy
Payment can be made by bank transfer or in cash. To confirm the reservation, a deposit of 20% of the total event cost is required. The remaining 80% must be paid upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
Standard Cancellation: Cancellations made up to 3 months prior to the arrival date will incur no charges.
Late Cancellation: For cancellations made between 3 months and 1 month before the arrival date, a 25% charge of the total event cost will apply.
Last-Minute Cancellation: Cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date will be subject to a 50% charge of the total event cost.
Cancellation Process: Cancellations must be communicated in writing, preferably via email or through the original booking channel. A confirmation message with cancellation details will be sent to the client.
Booking Modifications:
Date Changes: Allowed at no additional cost if requested at least 3 months in advance and if the new dates are available.
Reduction in Participants: Allowed at no additional cost if the change does not exceed 10% of the initial number of participants and is communicated at least 1 month in advance. If these conditions are not met, the full amount for the originally booked number of participants must be paid.

Our usual format is designed for minimum weekend stays, from Friday afternoon to Sunday after lunch. During this time, meals are included from Friday dinner to Sunday breakfast. All daily meals (breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner) are included and are considered one full service per day.
Although weekends are the minimum stay, there is no maximum duration — groups are welcome to book full weeks or longer stays, always with full board included.
The maximum accommodation capacity is 70 people. Rooms are shared, with capacities ranging from 2 to 7 beds. There is also the option to book a private room for individual use with a 25 €/night supplement.
We typically host groups of 25–30 people minimum. To guarantee exclusive use of the space, a minimum of 40 people is generally required.
We offer two multi-purpose halls: one of 130 m² and another of 90 m², both equipped with heating, sound system, mattresses, cushions, and blankets, suitable for all types of activities.
The applicable VAT rate for our prices is 10%.
