A private chef and additional support services can be arranged on request, making it easy to host fully serviced retreats without logistical complexity. 90–120 days before arrival: 25% of the total booking retained
60–90 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking retained
30–59 days before arrival: 75% of the total booking retained
Less than 30 days before arrival: No refund
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds apply to venue hire only and do not include any third-party services unless otherwise agreed.
The retreat organiser is responsible for holding appropriate public and professional liability insurance covering their activities, facilitators, and participants.
