If you are looking for a retreat venue in Montana, the hard part is finding a place where a group can live together and still have real privacy. Havn Glacier was built for exactly that. This modern cabin micro-resort near Whitefish gives one group exclusive use of nine private cabins, spread across 6 hectares of forest, plus a shared lodge, decks, a meadow, firepits and two saunas.
Each guest or couple has a cabin of their own to go back to, and the whole group gathers in the lodge, around the fire or on the patio. It suits yoga and wellness retreats, leadership and team offsites, creative retreats and family gatherings of 9 to 24 people.
Why Whitefish and Glacier National Park
Whitefish is a mountain town in northwest Montana, at the gateway to Glacier National Park, one of the most spectacular parks in the United States. Around the venue, groups find Flathead Lake, hiking and mountain biking trails, fishing, water sports in summer and skiing at Whitefish Mountain Resort in winter.
Glacier Park International Airport (FCA) is under one hour away, and downtown Whitefish, with its restaurants and shops, is about 15 minutes by road.

Nine Private Cabins for Up to 24 Guests
Three premium cabins, Painted Feather, Bison Ridge and Quiet Ranger, each have a king bed, a sleeper sofa, a private patio and a firepit; two of them have their own hot tub and the third an outdoor shower. Four studios, Aspen A and B and Meadow A and B, each have a queen bed, a fireplace, a private bathroom and views into the trees or over the meadow.
The Family Suite has a king bed, a built-in bunk bed and a private patio, and the Accessible Cabin offers step-free entry and an accessible bathroom. Every cabin has a kitchenette with coffee, a microwave, a mini fridge and dishes, and its own firepit.
A Patio for Yoga, a Lawn for Workshops
The 12 x 12 m patio is the main space for yoga, group sessions and outdoor dining, and yoga equipment is available on site. The 9 x 15 m lawn can host an event tent: one 6 x 6 m tent is provided, larger tents can be sourced, and there is electricity nearby for lighting. The layout can be adapted to your programme, and the meadow and forest trails give room for walking meditation and quiet time.
Barrel Sauna, Infrared Sauna and Hot Tubs
Included in the buyout: a 4-person barrel sauna with a window onto the forest, an infrared sauna, private hot tubs in the premium cabins, firepits and BBQs. Massage packages can be added for the group at extra cost.
The Lodge and a Table for 24
The Lodge is where the group comes together: an open kitchen, a pool table, lounge areas and covered outdoor dining with views toward Whitefish Mountain Resort. On the back deck, three long tables and 24 chairs seat the whole group for meals. Self-cater in the Lodge kitchen, or ask the venue for its personal chef recommendations.
