A deposit must be received to secure the venue prior to the event.
A final payment must be received maximum 5 days after the event.
Cancelations
In the event of a cancellation by You, You must notify us as soon as possible in writing. The following cancellations charges apply:
a. 4+ weeks notice: Full refund
b. 3-4 weeks notice: 60% refund
c. 2-3 weeks notice: 40% refund
d. 0-2 weeks notice: No refund
e. Failure to attend: No refund
