To cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing. The cancellation is only considered valid once you receive a confirmation from us.
2. Cancellation Fees
More than 30 days before the event: 100% refund of any deposits paid.
15-30 days before the event: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
Less than 15 days before the event: No refund of deposit.
3. Postponement
If you need to postpone your event, please notify us as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate new dates based on availability. Any difference in pricing will be due, and the cancellation fee will apply as if the original event were canceled.
4. Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or any other cause beyond our control, the cancellation policy will be waived, and we will work with you to reschedule your event or provide a full refund.
5. Non-refundable Costs
Please note that any third-party services (catering, entertainment, etc.) booked by the venue on your behalf are subject to the third party's cancellation policies and may not be refundable.
6. Final Confirmation
A final confirmation of guest numbers, layout, and other event details is required at least 7 days before the event. If you fail to confirm by this date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and apply the cancellation fees.
7. No-Show Policy
If the event is canceled on the day of or if there is a "no-show," no refund will be provided.
