A non-refundable deposit of $2500.00 is required upon booking of the event. The deposit will be applied to the overall balance of the contract. Security deposit of $2500 is due the day of the event booking. The security deposit is fully refundable if all buildings and the property grounds are left as they were before the event, to the satisfaction of Bonanza King Resort. Final payment is due thirty days prior to the event.
