Sunset Retreat Villas is a charming complex comprising three separate, autonomous homes and one suite. It is situated on the west side of the island of Paros, in the Agia Irini area, within a fenced, tree-lined plot of 7.5 acres. This location is ideal for large groups, weddings, or yoga events.
The property is just 5 km from the center of Parikia and 5 km from the airport, nestled on a hillside overlooking the Gulf of St. Irene. It is only 500 meters from the beach, offering unobstructed, stunning views of Antiparos, Sifnos, and Serifos islands, with breathtaking sunsets.
The complex is a fully renovated traditional building, totaling 650 sqm, featuring three independent villas, each fully equipped and furnished, along with one suite. The spacious, high-quality interiors rival those of a permanent residence, providing a warm and comfortable atmosphere. Each house has its own extensive outdoor space, patios, private access roads, and fantastic views, both inside and out, ensuring a truly relaxing experience in a safe and pleasant environment.
At Sunset Retreat Villas Paros, we have already hosted small, intimate weddings, yoga and other events. We can accommodate around 18 guests.
