Payment and Cancellation Policy Deposit: To secure your booking, we require a non-refundable deposit of 15% based on the number of rooms you wish to reserve. Please be mindful that it's better to underestimate the number of rooms initially.

Room Adjustments: Three months before the retreat starts, we will contact you to adjust the number of rooms if needed.

Second Deposit: A non-refundable second deposit of 35% is due two months before the retreat.

Final Payment: The remaining balance of 50% is due at the start of the retreat.

Payment Method: All payments must be made in Euros. We prefer bank transfers.
