50% of your total amount as a deposit to reserve the villa.
50% of your total amount 60 days before the date of arrival.
In all cases, full payment must be received no later than 60 days before the check in date.
In the case of any bookings made after this date, payment must be made in full. In the
month leading up to the final payment date, you will receive multiple reminders to complete
your payment. If we do not receive your payment on time and we have no news from you,
the villa will be made available to the next inquiry and you will forfeit your deposit.
If you have to cancel your reservation, please inform us as soon as possible. If you cancel
your reservation up to 60 days prior to your check in you will forfeit the 50% of your total
amount. For last minute cancellations (less than 60 days prior to your check in date) or
No show any fees paid will be non-refundable and non-transferable. If you arrive late or
need to leave early, you will not receive any refund on the remaining time of your
scheduled stay. Exceptions to our policy cannot be made.
The only reason of free cancellation of the booking is in case the borders close due to
Covid-19 outbreak and the client cannot enter Greece.
