To reserve a place, a non-refundable deposit is required, this deposit will be 30% of the full retreat payment based on 12 participants (twin shared accommodation) unless otherwise agreed. The deposit is paid at the time of booking. The full payment (outstanding amount) is to be paid no later than ninety (90) days prior to the retreat start date.
Cancellations
Cancellation refers to the act of not being able to facilitate the scheduled retreat. In the event of cancellation, certain fees may be applicable depending on the timing of the cancellation. It is important to note that a cancellation will only be considered effective if we receive written confirmation via email.
Please be aware that the 30% deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable. However, if the cancellation occurs more than ninety (90) days prior to the retreat start date, any payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit, will be refunded.
On the other hand, if the cancellation takes place less than ninety (90) days before the retreat start date, the entire amount paid will be forfeited and non-refundable.
Should you choose to reschedule the retreat, the 30% deposit will be forfeited and cannot be transferred. In order to secure a future date, a new deposit will need to be paid.
Lastly, cancelling the retreat after ninety (90) days prior to the start date will result in the outstanding amount being forfeited.
