OASIA Costa Rica is a private nine-bedroom rainforest retreat estate in Uvita, on Costa Rica’s biodiverse South Pacific coast. Created for intimate wellness retreats, creative gatherings, masterminds and transformational group experiences, the property combines privacy, nature and the freedom for retreat leaders to shape their own program.
The estate includes nine air-conditioned bedrooms across the main house and character-filled elemental units, six bathrooms, generous indoor and outdoor living areas, a main kitchen, private swimming pool, cold plunge, covered yoga and movement deck, outdoor bar and gathering deck, scenic mirador, creek, suspended bridge, tropical gardens, fruit trees and cacao.
OASIA is ideal for retreats of 8–12 guests and comfortably accommodates up to 18. A maximum of 20 guests is possible when couples or willing participants share king or queen beds and the additional Twin XL daybeds in the Wood and Metal units are used. Groups requiring one separate bed per participant will have a lower practical capacity.
Important rooming details: each of the two Metal bedrooms can be prepared as either one king bed or two separate Twin XL beds. The Water unit can also be prepared as one king or two separate Twin XL beds. Water has one additional smaller twin bed in an elevated open sleeping space within the room’s very high ceiling. The Metal living area and Wood living area each have an additional real Twin XL daybed. RetreatVenues displays Twin XL beds as “Single” in its sleeping chart.
Please review all room photographs carefully. The elevated Water sleeping space and all shared-bed or convertible-bed arrangements may not suit every participant. Contact OASIA directly with any questions, and obtain written confirmation of the final participant-by-participant room plan before selling all retreat spaces.
OASIA can work with organizers in the way that best suits their retreat: venue rental only, a fully supported or all-inclusive experience, or à-la-carte services selected individually. OASIA is approximately 3½ hours by road from Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO), depending on traffic and road conditions. A domestic flight to Quepos followed by an approximately 45-minute transfer may also be available.
