Within its stone-clad walls, time seems to slow its relentless march. The air is scented with the heady perfume of cork oaks and the distant whisper of the ocean. Each room is a private sanctuary, adorned with simplicity and imbued with a sense of serene comfort.
Days unfold in a rhythm dictated by nature: leisurely breakfasts on sun-drenched terraces, invigorating hikes through fragrant eucalyptus groves, and evenings spent stargazing from the infinity pool, a celestial mirror reflecting the cosmos.
Monchique Mountain Villa is not merely a place to stay; it’s an experience that lingers in the heart long after departure, a cherished memory of days spent in perfect harmony with the soul of the Algarve.
1. We require a down payment deposit equal to 25% of your stay, that shall be made within 14 days of your reservation confirmation. The 25% of your stay will be charged to your credit card upon booking, or we will accept your bank transfer.
2. If your booking is made within the 60 days of arrival date, you will have 24 hours to make a deposit of the total amount (100%) and send the proof of payment to our email.
3. The second down payment deposit equal to 25% of your stay shall be due 90 days (ninety days) prior the check-in date. We will charge your credit card, or you will have to send the proof of payment of the 25% to our e-mail address.
4. The final payment equal to 50% of your stay, must be made prior 60 days of your arrival date. The payment shall also include the full payment of all the extra services requested such as meals, transfers, rental spaces, etc. We will charge your credit card, or you will have to send the proof of payment of the 50% to our e-mail address.
5. We will automatically cancel any reservation for which we do not receive either a valid credit card or notification of the payment according to the period mentioned above.
Cancelation Policy:
1. At least 60 days prior to the arrival date, no cancellation fees apply, and a full refund shall be granted excluding taxes and administrative fees.
2. Between 59- 31 days prior to the arrival date, 50% of the down payment is non-refundable.
3. Any cancellation notices within 30 days or less, the full amount is non-refundable.
4. In case of proved death or accidents, a refund or voucher may be granted at discretion of the Management.
5. No show will be considered after midnight of your arrival date, unless you have made arrangements with us for arrival after midnight. In case of no show for reservation for multiple days, the entire reservation will be cancelled unless the guest makes arrangements with the our team per e-mail
6. Change of dates may be granted at discretion of the Management, based on proved reason that you can travel.
