Pricing

• €14,500 for 1 week (7 nights)
• €2,200 per day for shorter retreats (minimum 2 nights in April and November, minimum 4 nights from May to end of October)

The rate includes:

• Accommodation for up to 15 guests
  (With 15 paying guests, we offer 1 complimentary stay for the teacher)
• Italian breakfast with:
  Coffee, tea, milk and soy milk, homemade yogurt (dairy and soy), butter, house-made jams, our organic honey, granola, cornflakes, seasonal fruit, freshly baked cake, and eggs
• Dinner featuring:
  Starter, main course, two side dishes, and dessert – all organic and locally sourced. Most vegetables come directly from our organic garden, which you’re welcome to visit!
• Use of the swimming pool
• Use of the seminar room and materials: mats, bolsters, blankets, blocks, belts, professional sound system, etc.
• Use of the outdoor platforms
• Exclusive access to the retreat center

Additional Guests

• Each additional guest (beyond 15+1) pays €120/day, half board included
• Maximum capacity: 28 people

Optional Add-ons

• Full board (with lunch): +€25/day per person
  Lunch includes a grain-based dish (pasta, rice, couscous, or quinoa) and a generous garden-fresh salad
