Vayu Mannar
Description
Vayu Mannar is a resort located on Mannar Island, Sri Lanka. It is situated directly on the beach at the beginning of the Adam’s Bridge, an ancient point connecting Sri Lanka to India. The resort offers a variety of activities such as kitesurfing, stand up paddle boarding, national park safaris, and Adam’s Bridge walks. It also offers yoga classes, both indoors and outdoors. The resort has a spacious hall with a beautiful view on the ocean for indoor yoga practice, and outdoor yoga can be practiced on the beach. Yoga mats, blocks and straps are provided. The staff has experience hosting yoga events.
The venue is a fantastic base for yoga retreats and yoga teacher trainings. It is an extremely peaceful place and a real paradise for yoga and other spiritual practices.
