Payment and Cancellation Policy 1. Booking and Payment
1.1 A 10% deposit is required to reserve your spot on the Alamanda Lovina Retreat. (non-refundable)
1.2 A second payment of 30% is required 65 days before the retreat, or at the latest 1.5 months before the start date.
1.3 The final payment (60%) is due 35 days before the start date of the retreat.
1.4 Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card or PayPal.
1.5 Alamanda Lovina resort can only be booked as a Full-Resort Package Price for the Full-Resort Package is 15.600.000 IDR Per Night. The resort can only be booked for a minimum of 3 Nights
1.6 Additional services, including but not limited to food packages, massages, and trips or excursions, will be billed based on the number of participants and must be agreed upon in advance with the Yoga group
All Payments for this booking shall be made by the Yoga group (not its members) directly to
Alamanda Lovina Resort, additional expenses incurred at Alamanda Lovina Resort and not part of this agreement will be charged to the individual members of the group and paid accordingly.
2. Cancellation Policy
Alamanda Lovina Resort is a small hotel and often books up months in advance. Alamanda Lovina Resort depends upon these early bookings to sustain itself. For a variety of reasons that include remoteness, how people plan their vacations, and the fact that Alamanda Lovina Resort may have turned away viable alternatives, the Yoga Group by booking the resort acknowledges that Alamanda Lovina Resort would suffer hardship if it cancels or changes its booking, Hence Alamanda Lovina Resort and the Yoga group agree to the following terms:
2.1 Cancellations made more than 60 days before the retreat start date will receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee (deposit is non-refundable).
2.2 Cancellations made between 35 and 65 days before the start date will receive a 50% refund.
2.3 Cancellations made less than 30 days before the retreat are non-refundable.
2.4 If the retreat is canceled by Alamanda-lovina-resort, A full refund of all payments made.
2.5 There is no refund for unused services. For example, if the group is smaller than expected or if a member leaves early or is unable to come for whatever reason Alamanda Lovina Resort will not make any refund.
2.6 The Yoga group acknowledges that it and its members can purchase trip insurance to cover unforeseen events that could mitigate any losses it may incur by failure to perform under this agreement.

3. Travel and Insurance
3.1 Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from Bali.
3.2 We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for cancellation, medical expenses, and personal belongings.

4. Health and Medical Conditions
4.1 Participants must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries that may affect their participation in yoga or retreat activities.
4.2 By attending the retreat, participants confirm they are medically and physically fit to participate.
4.3 The retreat is not a substitute for medical treatment. Consult your physician if you are unsure about participating.

5. Liability Waiver
5.1 The Yoga Group acknowledges that the yoga retreat activities will be under the sole supervision and guidance of the Yoga Group. To the fullest extent of the law, the Yoga Group hereby releases and absolves Alamanda Lovina Resort, employees, and invitees thereof from any and all damages resulting from death or personal injuries, including loss of services, which it or its group members may sustain on account of, arising from, or in connection with the yoga retreat, as they will be participating in yoga activities that may challenge the body physically.
5.2 Alamanda-lovina-resort, its instructors, and staff shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property.
6. Conduct and Behavior
6.1 Participants agree to maintain respectful and considerate behavior towards all attendees and staff.
6.3 Alamanda Lovina Resort will use every reasonable effort to make the yoga retreat safe and successful for the Yoga group and its members. If the Yoga group or its members have cause for complaint while at Alamanda Lovina Resort, the Yoga Group must bring it to the attention of Alamanda Lovina Resort who then will do their best to rectify the situation.


6.2 Alamanda Lovina Resort reserves the right to require the withdrawal of any group member whose actions or conduct is considered by Alamanda Lovina Resort in its sole discretion to conflict with the safety, and wellbeing, acts inappropriately with its guests, employees, or destroys or intentionally damages Alamanda Lovina Resort property. In any case, Alamanda Lovina Resort will not refund any money

7. Use of Images
7.1 Any use of images of the Yoga Group, its members, or its employees by Alamanda Lovina Resort for advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes will only be done with the prior consent of the Yoga Group.

8. Governing Law
8.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Indonesia.
8.2 Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Indonesian law and within the jurisdiction of Indonesian courts.
