booking (or a min. of 12 participants) is to be paid in order to reserve a place at the Retreat. This fee is non-refundable.
The remaining 75% is to be paid 90 days prior to first day of the Retreat. Failure to pay the balance on time may result
in the cancellation of your booking and loss of your deposit. If the reservation is made within 90 days of check-in then
the full amount must be paid upon booking.
Cancellation of your Retreat stay, for whatever reason, should be notified to us in writing, no less than 4 months prior
to first day of retreat start, so that we have to find a replacement for your week. If you find a replacement
teacher/booking for that same week, regardless of when the cancellation is made, a full refund will be given, except
for 150 euro in administration fee. For cancellations, the following charges will apply:
120 days or more before first day of Retreat: deposit lost
90 days until 60 days before first day of Retreat: we keep 60% of the total amount (you get back 40% of what has been
paid in)
59 days until first day of Retreat: we keep 100% of full payment.
