Huelgoat B&B
Description
There really is a little bit of calming magic when you step inside this B&B. Our house is a bright, spacious, beautifully restored period property full of character in the heart of the Monts d’Arrée part of Brittany with its wild, breathtaking landscapes – reminiscent of Dartmoor or the Brecon Beacons.
The house overlooks a lovely lake and is just a stone’s throw from a truly impressive forest featuring massive rock formations eroded by time into huge rounded boulders. A very short walk brings visitors to a bustling little Breton town square with 18th century granite-built shops and restaurants, with of course an excellent boulangerie!
We can accommodate between 5 and 10 guests in five large and very comfortable en suite bedrooms (there is an additional 6th bedroom, not en suite) all of which have a gorgeous view of the lake and the gently rolling wooded hills. We have a beautiful private lakeside garden with a 50m2 wooden deck and pergola.
Huelgoat B&B is an ideal retreat venue for small groups of painters, writers, photographers, walkers, hikers, cyclists, runners, ramblers, fishing enthusiasts, yoga fans or simply those hankering after a stress-free break getting back to nature and to the essential things in life.
