It is a 10000 sq.ft metabolic villa with 6 bedrooms and functional areas such as gym, hybrid sauna, cold plunge, red light therapy, sensory deprivation tank, salted pool, CO2 bath, bbq pit, movie room. It also features some inclusive extras like trained staff (cooks, housekeeping, and property manager); all-inclusive three nutritious meals, evening snacks, and homemade drinks; two mini SUVs, library of the classics; study with conference facilities; laundry and airport services as well as Wifi and 24h security in the gated community.

1. Approved guests. Unregistered guests or visitors require the property manager's approval. We have the right to refuse entry to any unregistered guest. Disruptive gatherings are always prohibited.
2. Respect. Treat the staff with respect. Remember, they have access to your toothbrush.
3. Noise. Guests should respect designated quiet hours and not disturb the surrounding community with disruptive noise (loud music, shouting, slamming doors, etc.).
4. Smoking. No smoking at the whole property, including e-cigarettes, vaping, or hookas.
5. Housekeeping:

- No tampering with security devices
- We are a barefoot bungalow
- White towels are only for the bedrooms, and grey towels are for everything else.
- Turn off utilities before leaving the property
- Food is served and consumed only in the dining area
- Do Not adjust curtains manually in the bedrooms
