• Refundable security deposit: USD 1,500 (or 12 % of the total booking amount), collected 7 days before arrival or upon check-in. It will be refunded within 7 days after departure, minus any charges for damages, losses, or extra cleaning.

🔹 Cancellation Policy
• ≥ 60 days before arrival: 100 % refundable
• 30 – 59 days before arrival: 65 % refundable, or 12-month credit if the booking is replaced by another group.
• 15 – 29 days before arrival: 25 % refundable, or 9-month credit.
• 7 – 14 days before arrival: 10 % refundable, or 6-month credit if the booking is replaced by another group.
• < 7 days before arrival / no-show / early departure: No refund.
• All cancellations must be made in writing.

🔹 Additional Conditions
• The 20 % deposit is always non-refundable, whatever the cancellation date.
• Credits can be applied to another retreat within the mentioned validity period, subject to availability and price adjustment.
• It is strongly recommended to purchase travel insurance that covers cancellations or unforeseen events.
No childcare services are provided on-site.
