Ciudad Jardín Coliving Villa is a nine-room villa located in the charming Ciudad Jardín neighborhood of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. Offering a blend of comfort and community, the villa features nine bedrooms, three of which boast private balconies. Residents share four full bathrooms and an additional toilet, as well as two fully equipped shared kitchens, a lounge area with a television, a shared indoor workspace, and a spacious patio garden with an outdoor workspace and chill-out area featuring a barbecue.
The villa’s prime location provides easy access to a variety of amenities. Enjoy leisurely walks or bike rides along the seaside promenade, where you can discover a diverse array of restaurants and cafés. Immerse yourself in the beauty of the vibrant Alcaravaneras beach, explore nearby parks, and embrace the lively atmosphere of the coworking space, all within a convenient 20-minute walk.
More than 2 weeks before arrival
For cancellations more than 2 weeks before the scheduled arrival, we will provide you with a 100% credit of your payment.
You can use this credit to book any of our colivings or cohousings at any available time during the next 2 years.
Less than 2 weeks before arrival
For cancellations less than 2 weeks (<14 nights) before the arrival, we will provide you with a credit of 50% of the amount for the dates that are being cancelled (limited to the first 4 weeks of the cancelled stay, cancellation dates further out are credited at 100%).
You can use this credit to book any of of our colivings or cohousings at any available time during the next 2 years.
