Cancellations up to 30 days before the start of the service will incur a 50% fee of the agreed amount, with the remaining balance refunded to the client.
Cancellations 7 days or less before the start of the service result in no refund.
Once the rented space is in use, no refund will be given for unused spaces or services.
If the company cancels a confirmed rental for reasons not attributable to the client, all amounts paid will be refunded.
The company reserves the right to cancel rentals for non-compliance with payment terms, without refunding any amounts already paid.
