Perched high above the Panchoy Valley just 15 minutes outside Antigua, this is a hidden eco-retreat that blends rustic comfort with immersive natural beauty. Built on a working organic avocado farm with over 350 trees, the lodge invites retreat guests to reconnect with the land through intentional living, yoga and movement, hiking, traditional Mayan ceremonies, and more. Treehouses, domes, and cabins are nestled into the lush mountainside, each offering serene volcano views, handcrafted details, and a cozy sense of seclusion. The on-site restaurant serves vibrant, farm-to-table dishes family style to the all-inclusive retreats who stay with us. Retreat guests can unwind in the evening next to a cozy fire after a nourishing day of movement, ice baths, Mayan temazcal sauna, massages, ceremonies, local hikes, or exciting excursions.

● 12 weeks (3 months) before your retreat, you must confirm the cabins you wish to continue to hold, or
release any cabins that you do not need.
● If you fail to release unneeded cabins at the 3 month point, and end up not having as many retreat
participants as anticipated and need to release cabins close to the date of your retreat, you will be
charged our standard rate of Q690/night per accommodation for any unused accommodations and
the venue retains the right to attempt to rent the cabins to other guests.
● 12 weeks (3 months) prior to your retreat date the first 50% payment is due. At this time we will work
together to calculate your final cost based on confirmed (or best guess) participants and room
configuration. Adjustments can be made to the final payment if needed (in the case of last minute extra
sign-ups etc.)
● The 2nd 50% payment is due 1 week before the start of the retreat. At this time, final calculations will
be made based on final confirmed participants and room configurations, if anything has changed since
the first calculation.
● All payments are non-refundable.

● The two 50% payments can be made via international wire to our Guatemalan USD account, (the fee
should be $5 but check with your bank as each sender bank can technically vary), credit card link (8%
platform processing fee), or Guatemalan Bank Transfer (this options is for Guatemalans only, no fee).
● You are responsible for covering any processing fees associated with the payment method you select.
● The Guatemalan 12% VAT (tax) will be added to your total due regardless of where you are a resident
