Sara Filucchi

We’re a family and small tribe that find great joy in welcoming others to experience our beautiful and peaceful reality. Once a monastery with a sacred spiritual history, Alberelli is now also a home to our family and countless varieties of mediterranean vegetation and wildlife. It’s our mission to live in harmony with our environment and community—a community that spans across the globe! Myself (Sara) and my husband Nicola took over the management of Alberelli in 2010 after 8 years in Guatemala where we collaborated with local communities on development projects. We share a love of travel, new adventures, companionship, good food and wine, and above all, our two wonderful children Isola and Leone. We honour Italian values such as family and hospitality. Our doors are always open (literally) and we seek to create a homey and relaxed environment for all who pass through. We’re an inclusive tribe and have designed our facilities to welcome people of all abilities.
