Five suites, a private beach and cove, a heated infinity pool and 270° views over the Bay of Banderas. A villa on the Riviera Nayarit for small groups who want the ocean all to themselves.
If you are looking for a retreat venue in Punta de Mita, the rarest thing to find is real privacy on the water. Casa Tres Reinas has it. This private oceanfront estate sits inside the gated Paradise Coves enclave, with its own beach, its own cove and a heated infinity pool facing the Bay of Banderas. The whole villa is rented to one group at a time, like every entire venue on RetreatVenues.com, so no one else shares the space with you.
With five suites for up to ten guests, a resident chef and a full house team, it is made for small, high-end yoga, meditation and wellness retreats, executive offsites and leadership groups who want to disconnect completely.

TogglePunta de Mita is the tip of the Riviera Nayarit, on Mexico's Pacific coast. It combines warm weather through the winter months, calm bays, surf breaks and some of the most exclusive addresses in the country. From December to March, humpback whales pass through the Bay of Banderas, often in full view of the villa.
Getting there is simple for an international group. Puerto Vallarta International Airport is about 40 minutes away, with direct flights from the United States, Canada and Mexico City. Airport transfers are arranged for every guest. Punta de Mita village is 5 minutes away and the surf town of Sayulita 25 minutes.
A private beach, a private cove, and whales in the bay from December to March.
The villa covers 771 m² and sleeps ten guests across five bedrooms and six bathrooms. Three bedrooms have a king bed, one has two queen beds and the fifth has two couch beds, so the group can mix private rooms and shared rooms as needed.
Daily housekeeping, a butler, a house manager and a concierge look after the group throughout the stay. Wi-Fi and air conditioning run through the whole house.

The practice spaces are all outdoors and all face the ocean. The pool deck is the natural spot for sunrise yoga. The palapa, a traditional shaded structure with a palm roof, is made for meditation. The lawn is where groups lie down for savasana with the sound of the waves below.
The ocean terrace, the garden and the pergola lounge give a second and third space for workshops, sound baths, journaling sessions or quiet time between classes.

Between sessions, the group has a private beach and cove a few steps from the house. The infinity pool is heated to 29°C all year and looks out over 270° of ocean. Kayaks and snorkeling gear are on site, and an in-villa spa and massage service can be booked for the group.
Beyond the villa, the concierge organises surfing at La Lancha and El Anclote, boat trips and snorkeling at the Marietas Islands, whale watching, paddleboarding, hiking and golf.
A resident private chef cooks breakfast and lunch every day, with menus built around your group and your programme, whether that is plant-based, detox or simply very good Mexican food. Groceries are charged at cost with a shopping and delivery fee, and private dinners can be added. There is also a dining area for the whole group, an open kitchen for guests and a BBQ for evenings outside.
